  • All sales are final. Glass can be tricky to photograph, so colors and details may appear slightly different in person than on your screen. We do our best to capture each piece accurately, but a touch of unpredictability makes each one even more special!

    If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery confirmation, providing photos of the damage in order to qualify for a refund. We do not offer refunds for items broken after shipping.

  • For the most secure display, use hardware like nails or hooks above your window—avoid suction cups, as they can be unreliable. Be sure to check the weight capacity of whatever hanger or hoop you’re using to support your stained glass art.

  • We recommend indoor use only, as glass can crack in extreme temperatures and may oxidize when exposed to moisture.

  • To clean, gently polish with a soft, dry cloth and use an ammonia-free glass cleaner. For an extra shine, re-polish with a non-abrasive carnauba wax (car polish).

  • Most of our stained glass pieces are framed and soldered using lead, except for jewelry and items designed for frequent handling. Please handle with care, wash your hands after touching, and keep them out of reach of children and pets. And of course—no licking!
